  By accessing, browsing, or placing an order with Edufeepay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between Edufeepay and you concerning the transactions conducted on our platform. • Order Acceptance and Formation of Contract

  • Legal Requirement: You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, invoices, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  • Transactional and Promotional Messages: As a registered customer of Edufeepay, you consent to receive both promotional messages (including newsletters, special offers, and new course announcements) and transactional messages (including order confirmations, access details, and refund status updates) from our end.

• Pricing and Payment

  • Price Volatility: All prices for courses, bundles, and services posted are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Price Protection (Refunds and Returns): Edufeepay provides price protection solely for the purpose of calculating refunds and returns/cancellations as outlined in the separate Refund Policy. The refundable amount will be based on the price paid at the time of the original transaction.

  • Pre-Shipment Price Increases (Applicable to Physical Materials): If the price of a product increases before the digital access or any associated physical shipment (if applicable) is granted, you shall be promptly notified of the change. In such a scenario, the product shall be made available or shipped only based on your confirmation to proceed with the updated price.

  • Taxes and Charges: Posted prices include all applicable government taxes and mandatory charges. In the event there are any additional charges, processing fees, or taxes that are not included in the posted price, these will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

• Intellectual Property and Licensing

  • Ownership: All content provided by Edufeepay, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation of digital content, is the exclusive property of its writer, publishers, content suppliers etc. and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: Upon purchase, Edufeepay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the purchased course material for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any course content.

• Governing Law

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
