They are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the instant access granted to the content upon successful transaction. Once a purchase is complete and content access is provisioned, it cannot be "returned" in a conventional sense.

Exceptional Circumstances and Technical Issues
We recognize that administrative or technical difficulties can occur. If you encounter any issues that fundamentally prevent you from accessing the course you purchased, we are here to help.
If you experience a technical access failure or believe there was an error in your course enrollment, please contact our support team at contact@edufeepay.com within seven (7) days of the transaction date. We will promptly review your case and aim to resolve the issue, which may include reactivating course access, providing equivalent course credit, or processing a full refund if the technical barrier cannot be resolved.

Unauthorized or Accidental Transactions
For instances of unauthorized charges or genuine accidental purchases, we require immediate notification to process a review.
Please report the issue within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction time. Verification of the claim is required. If the claim is approved, access to the purchased content will be immediately revoked, and a refund or equivalent course credit may be issued at the discretion of Edufeepay.
