  • Eligibility for a Full Refund

    Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original date of purchase.

    For a refund request to be considered eligible, the purchased course must not have been completed or substantially used.

    Definition of Substantial Use: A course is deemed "substantially used" if the user has accessed or consumed more than 30% (thirty percent) of the total course materials, content, or modules, as recorded by the Edufeepay learning platform.

  • Initiating the Refund Process

    To formally initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:

    Contact: Submit your request to our dedicated support team via email: contact@edufeepay.com.

    Required Details: Please include your definitive order number and complete purchase details within your email to ensure timely verification of your account.

    We will send an email confirmation upon receiving your request and will then assess your usage and eligibility against the 14-day and 30% utilization limits.

  • Refund Processing Time

    Once your request is approved based on the stated eligibility criteria:

    The refund amount will be processed back to your original method of payment.

    The transaction typically takes five (5) to seven (7) working days to reflect in your account, though actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing schedules.

  • Exceptions and Limitations

    Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

    The request is submitted after the 14-calendar-day window has closed.

    The user has substantially used the course (i.e., usage exceeds 30% of the course material).

    Edufeepay reserves the right to review and update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
